Cape Counselling Therapy
Sometimes we can find ourselves overwhelmed by the obstacles in front of us, or we feel lost and can’t see the path ahead.

As counsellors we will join you on your journey and walk with you.
Whilst we cannot pull you to the top, we can point out obstacles or different routes along the way. By working together as a team you may find you can get to where you want to be.

Seeking help can be daunting and we try to make it as easy for you as possible. If you feel that you would like to try counselling, either contact us by phone, email or text. We will get back to you and arrange a chat on the phone or book an initial appointment to discuss how we can help.
We understand that seeking help can be scary and some people find it comforting to have their canine companion with then. For this reason well behaved dogs are welcome at Cape Counselling

Counselling sessions are confidential and typically last 50 minutes.
The typical fee for each session is £ 45.00 or £ 60.00 for couples, payable in advance either by cash or bank transfer
